DC born Music Artist OCA Stacks has a new single out now. Charted #29 on the iTunes Top 100 Chart, the new single “25K” has excellent reviews, and the song is rising in popularity. When asked what gave him a reason to pursue his passion, he mentioned his brother. One traumatic event in 2012 of losing his brother, OCA realized that everything is time sensitive, and nothing is promised tomorrow so every opportunity will be one that he has to live in the moment. When he’s doing his music, he releases pain, and it gives him an outlet to do so. Almost like a rush which then gives him motivation to keep going. OCA has a lot of memories of his brother. “He was an old soul in a young man’s body,” he said. It has always been his motivation as he is the oldest to strive to make sure that his family has a better life as he grows.
One of many accomplishments is being the 2nd place winner out of 2,500 people for the Ugly Money Music Summit. It took place in Atlanta Georgia where there were a lot of labels, and he was able to network and perform. “I feel the rush when I’m on stage and I feel alive,” he said. A few Artists that he looks up to are Pastor Troy, Scarface, T.I, and Lil Wayne.
When listening to OCA, he has a sound of his own. Very catchy sound and honestly one that has not been heard. This is only the beginning for OCA, the world needs to hear his music. There is something about his voice, you can almost feel the rush along with him.
His message is to wake the people up, that there is a new Artist in town that is working overtime to take the game by storm. Along with his new single out you can also see his music video on You Tube. Some of his future goals are to keep working until he is out of competition. He wants to be able to really have a platform to help upcoming Artists, where it’s somewhat of a college for music. He would like to tell his fans that he loves them, respects them, and appreciates them for believing in him. He will continue to grow and it’s only one way up so just to stay tuned.
OCA is something fresh and new and will be a force to be reckoned with, his new single “25K” is already out on all music platforms and doing very well. Aside from streaming platforms, don’t forget about his live performances. OCA and remember the name because he will be going on a 30-city tour from January to April.
