Music artist Ty Dolla $ign gave fans quite the scare as he shared a life update of him in a hospital bed looking like he is recovering from something and the caption only had two “fingers crossed” emojis.
According to sources, the award winning singer and rapper was hospitalized Saturday November 26th after a nasty skateboarding accident. In Instagram stories Ty explains that he was knocked unconscious while skateboarding.
The 40 year old wrote “They just let me out. Had a skating accident and was knocked out for a few but I’m back praise God. Thanks to everyone that prayed for me and showed love. I love you more.”
Presumably pro skater Dashawn Jordan was with the artist with at the time of the accident. Ty also thanked Jordan for transporting him to the emergency room, as well as his teen daughter for being by his side the entire time.
“Thanks @dashawnjordan, @bolajibam for holding it down and getting me to the ER,” he continued, “and my princess @jailynncrystal for being there with me the whole time I love you so much.”
Ty has been released from the hospital and will be okay.
